JAY WAGNER PROMOTED TO VP OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Seldin Company is excited to announce the promotion of Jay Wagner to Vice President of Residential Property Management.
Jay joined Seldin Company in 2015 and has worked his way up from Community Business Manager to Portfolio Manager, and beginning in 2018, as a Regional Portfolio Manager overseeing HUD, tax credit and conventional properties in Nebraska and Iowa.
In his new role as Vice President of Residential Property Management, Jay will oversee a portfolio consisting of properties across Nebraska and Iowa. He will report directly to Executive Vice President of Operations, Seth Perkins. Jay holds his COS and HCCP certifications.
